The culinary proposal of Chef Nicola stands out excites for the quality of the raw materials and products of Fassa Valley. The attention to the seasonality of the products, the respect for the territory and the continuous search for new flavours “Saòres” and aromas “Profumes” characterizes our kitchen.
At the Restaurant El Filò we offer four different tasting menus: the creative “Inspirations menu”, the vegetarian menu “Earth and Nature”, the traditional menu “The classics” and the careful menu “Zero kilometre and territory”!
Upon entering, in the modern hall, you will feel welcome and pampered in a typically Ladin environment: well-kept and reserved. Two different rooms: the first one tells the important story of Val di Fassa hospitality and materials in a more rustic and mountain setting; the second one tells the modern and attentive experience of colours and shapes of the El Filò Gourmet Restaurant.
Most of the ingredients we use come from our land. The knowledge of the territory allows us to personally go and look for tasty herbs, coloured flowers and fragrant fruits that grow spontaneously in our valley.
Attention to sustainability, the quality of raw materials and ingredients is possible thanks to direct collaboration with local suppliers.
