In our tradition “far Filò” meant spending time in a sheltered place, usually a barn or, in winter, the living room - “Stua” - to have a leisurely chat with friends and family, to share thoughts and tell stories.
Our restaurant was born from this concept, as a meeting place where well-being and tranquillity reign in the name of taste.
Taking and leaving time to “far Filò” is our philosophy, the few seats allow special and refined attention to the needs and care of each of our guests, from the welcome to the dining experience.
Each course you will taste will be accompanied by its story, to give you the opportunity to fully savour the freshness of the ingredients of the territory, the tradition of local products and the scents of our mountain!
